• User Profiles: Names, Student IDs, and profile images uploaded through Cloudinary.
• Academic Records: Subject scores (Test 1, Test 2, Mean), class positions, and subject ranks.
• Attendance Data: Daily student attendance records including Present, Absent, and Late status.
• Technical Data: Authentication tokens and device information required for secure access and push notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely for educational and administrative purposes, including:

• Generating digital report cards and student dossiers.
• Tracking academic performance and attendance.
• Sending school announcements and alerts through push notifications.
• Verifying user identity for secure access to school records.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to provide secure and reliable app functionality. These providers handle data according to their own security standards.

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication and database management through Firestore.
• Cloudinary: Used for hosting and delivering student profile images.
• OneSignal: Used to deliver real-time push notifications to parents and staff members.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to school records is limited to authorized users such as students, parents, teachers, and school administrators.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by students of Zadet Preparatory International Secondary School and their legal guardians. We do not allow self-registration for children under 13 without direct involvement from the school administration and parent/guardian oversight.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Academic and personal records are retained for as long as the student is enrolled at the school. Users may request data deletion or account closure by contacting the school administration directly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the Effective Date shown above.
